“Ask a Question” Audio Channeled Energy Reading with Victoria

1. Your Reading

Your purchase includes a personalized audio channeled reading addressing one or three questions, depending on the option purchased. Each question receives approximately 10–15 minutes of recorded guidance.

This is an asynchronous service delivered by email. It does not include a live session, ongoing support, or additional questions unless expressly included in your purchase.

2. Submitting Your Questions

After purchase, submit your questions through the provided form. Include a few sentences about your situation and what you would like to explore.

Questions should focus on your own experience, relationships, and choices. You may ask about your experience with another person, but the reading does not establish their private thoughts, intentions, or consent.

Victoria may request clarification or decline a question outside the scope of this service. If a question is declined before preparation begins, you may submit a replacement question.

3. Delivery

Your reading will be sent to the email address you provide within 5 business days after payment and receipt of your completed form.

Please check your spam folder and ensure your email address is correct. If an unexpected delay occurs, Victoria will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.

4. Nature of the Service

Channeled readings reflect Victoria’s intuitive and energetic approach and are offered for personal reflection and exploration. References to higher awareness describe that approach; they are not representations of scientifically verified access to information.

Readings are interpretive and may not resonate in every respect. They do not establish facts about other people or guarantee predictions, accuracy, healing, or particular personal, relationship, or professional outcomes.

5. Your Autonomy

You decide how to interpret and use the guidance. You are welcome to question or decline any insight.

Victoria does not make decisions for you. Consider your circumstances, available evidence, and appropriate professional advice before acting, particularly on consequential matters.

6. Professional Care and Service Boundaries

This service is not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or legal or financial advice. It does not replace qualified professional support.

Readings do not include medical diagnoses or predictions of death. This service is not appropriate for emergencies or urgent mental health needs.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase this service. Submit only information you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary identifying or sensitive details about other people.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

All purchases are final. Once your order is placed, cancellations and refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law.

If Victoria is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a refund for the unfulfilled service.

9. Privacy

Your questions, contact details, and reading are used to prepare and deliver your service and communicate with you about your order. Information is processed through the form, payment, and email providers used to fulfill your purchase.

Victoria will not publish your questions or reading, or use them as a testimonial, without your permission.

Please provide only the information needed for your reading and avoid unnecessary sensitive details about yourself or others. Email and online services cannot guarantee complete security.

10. Personal Use

Your recording is provided for your personal use. You may download and retain it, but may not sell, publicly distribute, or publish it without Victoria’s written permission.

12. Agreement

Before purchasing, you will be asked to review and accept these terms. The version presented at checkout applies to that purchase.
